• Tagline/Slogan – If you want it included.

• Business Description – What your business does.

• Style Preference – Modern, bold, minimal, luxury, playful, etc.

• Color Preferences – Colors you want or want to avoid.

• Logo Examples – Logos you like for inspiration.

• Usage – Where the logo will be used (shirts, website, signs, social media, etc.).

• Symbols/Icons – Any images you want included.

• Anything to Avoid – Colors, styles, or elements you don’t want.
